Missing or Incorrect Item

For an incorrect or missing item(s) , Ur Best Bud will issue a credit or send a replacement based on their sole discretion.


Please keep all original packaging and be able to provide photo of your unopened package as proof if requested.



Ur Best Bud does not issue cash refunds under any circumstances, All refunds will be issued in the form of store credit. 


Warm Weather Shipping Policy

There is a change some edibles and extracts may melt or separate during shipping, order at your own risk.


Lost Packages

Packages sent to Northern Quebec and the northern territories are done so at your own risk. Ur Best Bud does not guarantee delivery of these packages.
